It sounds familiar, but there is no more "southeastern." Organizations from all over can beneift from joining our network and learning from each other, as well as experts on the many topics that human service professionals need to meet the challenges they see every day.
As Director of Training I am pretty excited for the change. For me it means learning from new members and hosting events large, small, online, or at your agency. It means exposure to the best practices around the country and bringing that knowledge to our members wherever they are geographically, or wherever they are in their own professional development.
I admit to a little nostalgia though, because the Southeastern Network of Youth and Family Services is the name of the organization that invested inme.
all I can do is pay it forward and YFSN is a great way to do that.
